The mind seeks clarity and attempts to mimic the
understanding by using the learned non-duality concepts.
But this is not the REAL understanding, which is NON-CONCEPTUAL. If you
step off the mind track to see and BE what you are, is it necessary to
frame it in words and concepts? The non-duality concepts are NOT truth.
They are conceptual pointers TO reality. See if you can drop them and
try not to use them as a basis for understanding. Be what you are prior
to the thoughts and concepts. Speak from there. See from there.
Experience “what is” unadorned by concepts, even non-duality concepts.
See what you come up with from the point of view of BEING the
non-conceptual reality. If there is no problem, no division, no
limitation, then you can “full stop”. At least you can explore this.
This may assist you in stepping out of subtle concepts and attempting
to describe your experience through concepts. You don’t need to
describe anything to be what you are. Conceptualizing comes later and
is never true, accurate or final.
